This place suits me perfectly with free parking, 24-hour reception, and in-room breakfast. The staff once assisted me with printing documents, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay. I'll be back for Christmas!

The hotel offers decent amenities, but the
location is quite inconvenient if you're relying on public transport. The staff were friendly and the room was clean, however, be prepared for a long journey into the city as public transport options are very limited. If you have a car, you'll find the parking very accommodating.

The staff's efforts to recover my daughter's forgotten teddy bear truly showcased their dedication, and the daily room cleaning kept our space tidy and fresh throughout the stay.

The hotel has a great location with easy access for us as we were traveling in a large family with a child. We were pleasantly surprised by the modern amenities and cleanliness. Parking was ample, and we appreciated the efficient service from the staff.
My wife says that the dining options could be better for families, with more variety for kids.

missingWrote a review on Jul 12friendly staff
The breakfast was decent and I noticed the staff actually tried to be helpful. They were pleasant even when the place was clearly falling apart, like the hallway lights that flickered ominously.
It definitely wasn't cheap, but given the overall experience, probably a little over what it's worth.

The accommodations were cleaned daily, ensuring a fresh environment throughout my stay. However, reaching the hotel posed significant challenges, as public transport was limited, with only a few morning bus services available. It’s important to note that dining options near the hotel were lacking, with the hotel restaurant offering no vegetarian choices except for minestrone soup. The lobby appeared well-maintained, yet the overall experience felt more like a basic facility than a true four-star establishment.

Not bad for a quick stay
The staff was really nice, they were always ready to help with any questions. Plus, the breakfast options were decent, I especially liked the carrot cake, it was great!
It was a bit pricey but still acceptable.

Our room had a terrible shower drain issue, but the hotel offered spacious accommodations.

It was just a fine choice for a weekend pause in Sesto Fiorentino with good value for price. The room was clean and functional, but the lobby felt a little dull and uninviting. Bring your own snacks because dining options nearby are limited.
